Job Description

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator (Maternity Cover) to support the effective delivery of in-house and accredited training courses. The role involves managing course documentation, issuing certificates and cards, training course bookings

Key Responsibilities

* Issue certificates and cards to successful delegates upon completion of in-house training courses

* Scan, save, process, and track all cards and certificates from accredited courses, ensuring accurate records of when and where items are sent

* Manage and process card payments for training courses taken over the phone

* Prepare and distribute course paperwork for trainers ahead of scheduled training sessions

* Assist sales team with booking training course bookings onto system

* Assist with invigilation of Health and Safety Touch Screen Tests
