Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Freshdesk ticket system for the PAL Group.
- Open, assign and close out tickets.
- Upload employee documents to user profiles in the Pelesys LMS.
- Create new employee profiles and assign required training.
- Deactivate employee profiles and remove Pelesys access, as required.
