- Responsible to support HR Operations in Mexicali Site, acting as a training coordinator developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs, development of training Matrix, Training annual plan ( Technical and Soft skills) for all employees.Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs for Mexicali Site, HR training and more-Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)-Knowledge of STPS procedures and policies for training
- Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
