💰 CTC: Upto ₹ 6.5 LPA/ ₹ 7.0 LPA

Position: Core Trainer (Soft Skill Trainer)


Key Responsibilities & Skills:



- Strong verbal and written communication skills


- Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)


- Delivering structured training on greetings, closures and client query handling


- Coaching, mentoring, and performance support for teams


- Demonstrating empathy and appropriate sympathy while handling client interactions


- Ensuring training quality, consistency and process adherence
