Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop structured learning plans
Deliver and coordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance trainings
Handle POSH responsibilities, including awareness sessions and policy implementation
Act as a point of contact for POSH-related training and compliance coordination
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain MIS and reports
Manage training calendars, budgets, and external training partners
Support employee development and continuous learning initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of L&D frameworks and adult learning principles
Hands-on experience in conducting training programs
Good understanding of POSH guidelines and compliance
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
