GMS, one of the country’s leading PEOs, is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to be our newest Training and Development Coordinator in Gilbert, AZ.

First what does a Training and Development Coordinator do?

  • Assist with road mapping annual training plans for the Sales division
  • Design and develop training programs using authoring tools
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  • Market available training to employees and providing necessary information about sessions
  • Help to conduct an organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
