Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for new and existing retail staff.
  • Provide hands-on coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Monitor employee performance and give constructive feedback.
  • Maintain training schedules, materials, and records.
  • Ensure consistent application of sales standards and company policies.
  • Report training outcomes and staff progress to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or retail sales supervision.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and water purifier products is a plus.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
