Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Job Purpose: Responsible for leading and implementing the organization’s talent development goals and nationalization agenda. This role involves planning and execution of robust development plans, driving productivity and influencing the retention of high performers.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 8-10 years of Technical recruitment experience

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with MOHRE Emiratisation quotas, policies, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee timely recruitment of the nationals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create meaningful induction and development plans for all new joiners including nationals.
