Job Description

Learning Needs Analysis:


- Identify L&D needs in collaboration with Business Units and HR Business Partners


- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) using performance data, competency frameworks, and business inputs


Program Design & Delivery:


- Coordinate with internal trainers, SMEs, and external vendors to design and deliver training programs


- Support development of training content, modules, and learning pathways


- Plan and manage end-to-end rollout of training programs including timelines, target audience, logistics, and locations


Learning Operations & Engagement:


- Drive learning campaigns and create engaging learning content, micro-learning nuggets, and communication material


- Ensure high participation and learner engagement across programs


- Track participant attendance, completion, and learning methods
