Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

  • Responsible for pre-training and post-training preparation, such as enrolment & attendance, venue setup, facilities and equipments, training materials and evaluation, etc.
  • Maintain the latest version of all training modules and update as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the team to effective the training functions, including but not limited to calendar update, payment and expenses management, materials stocking and travel arrangement, etc.
  • Compile various training reports for management review
  • Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
  • 1+ year of training administration experience, preferable gained from retail industry
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
