The Training Associate will drive hands-on skill development across the manufacturing floor by executing structured training programs focused on quality, safety, and productivity. The role is deeply practical and rooted in real production processes, not classroom theory.

Key Responsibilities

Training Execution (Core Focus)
  • Conduct hands-on training for shop-floor teams in:
  • Welding (spot welding, finish control, defect prevention)
  • Polishing & surface finishing
  • Product finish standards (visual, tactile, acceptance criteria)
  • Assembly processes (method, sequence, torque, fit & finish)
  • Packing & packaging (handling, protection, final inspection)
  • Train operators on SOPs, work instructions, quality checkpoints, and safet...
