Iron Mountain is seeking anexperienced Trainerto join ourLearning and Developmentteam, supportingFinance and Customer Careoperations.

In this role, you will be responsible fordesigning, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs that build staff capability in financial processes, customer service excellence, and critical compliance standards.

TheLearning and Developmentteam is a strategic partner to our operations, dedicated to equipping our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional, accurate, and compliant customer and financial services.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Facilitate Targeted Training:Develop and deliver engaging training modules—using classroom, virtual, and on-the-job methods—that cover core financial processes (such asbillingandreconciliation), customer service excellence, and essentialcomplianceandrisk managementpolicies.
  • Collaborate for Standardization and Quality:Partner withFinance,Customer Care, andQualityteams to conduct training needs assessments, standardize best practices, and ensure new hireonboardingsets staff up for success.
  • Evaluate and Optimize Programs:Assess the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and stakeholder feedback, using data to continuously update and improve curriculum, materials (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), e-learning content), and delivery methods.
  • What You’ll Bring

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Three to fouryears of experience intraining or instructional design roles, preferably within afinanceorcustomer service/call centerenvironment.
  • Strong knowledge offinance operations(e.g., accounts payable/receivable, payment processes) andcustomer care workflows.
  • Proven ability inpresentation, facilitation, and coaching, including proficiency withLearning Management Systems (LMS)and content creation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degreeinFinance, Business Administration, Human Resources (HR), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
