Job Title: Business Analyst - Equity Swaps
Location: Malaga, Spain - Hybrid: 1 Day to Office Every Week

Roles & Responsibilities:
We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Equity Swaps initiatives within Global Markets, partnering with Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and document business and functional requirements across the trade lifecycle
Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
Support BAU and change delivery (US hours: 11:00–20:00 CET)
Coordinate with control functions to ensure regulatory alignment
Support UAT, data validation, and process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
Business Analyst experience in Global Markets / Investment Banking
Strong knowledge of Equity Swaps / equity derivatives
