Through effective training delivery and collaboration, you contribute to key business outcomes, including improved client retention, operational efficiency, and the successful rollout of new initiatives.

Responsibilities 

  • Delivers interactive software and analytic virtual training to local and international clients in English and local language using pre-defined global curriculum as a base
  • Answers questions during the sessions 
  • Works with local teams to localize training where needed
