Role : Communication/V&A Trainer

NIIT Ltd is looking for Freelance Training Consultant for V&A Training

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Voice, Accent & Communication Trainer to help individuals improve their spoken English, pronunciation, clarity, confidence, and overall communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice, accent, and communication training sessions
• Train learners on pronunciation, stress, intonation, and neutral/global English accent.
• Improve participants’ spoken fluency, clarity, pace, and voice modulation.
• Deliver sessions on professional communication, including:
• Verbal and non-verbal communication
• Active listening and questioning skills
• Presentation and public speaking skills
• Telephonic and customer communication (if applicable)
• Assess trainees’ language and communication levels and provide constructive feedback.
• Track learner progress and maintain training reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of spoken English
• Excellent neutral accent and clear pronunciation
• Good understanding of phonetics and accent neutralization
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and coach diverse learners
• Effective interpersonal and listening skills
• Basic facilitation and training techniques

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in voice, accent, and communication training
