The Role:
The Training Content Designer is responsible for the design, development and adaptation of training materials intended for both internal and external audiences. This world-wide role, reporting into Self-Service Knowledge & Tools Manager based out of the Netherlands, encompasses the full lifecycle of training content, including needs analysis, instructional design, translation, and publication on the Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities
- Instructional Design and Needs Assessment
- Recommend and design innovative training formats adapted to diverse audiences and learning environments (e-Learning/Remote/F2F)
- Development of Training Materials
- Ensure alignment with branding guidelines, pedagogical standards, and accessibility requirements.
- Coordinate translation and localization processes with internal linguistic resources and/or external service providers - such as ITC.
