Responsibilities of Training Content Developer

1.Work with training manager/client to get content requirements

2.Reviews content source inputs and seek clarification to understand the requirements clearly

3.Create storyboarding for the training content

4.Create artwork/graphics/scripts for planned communication artefacts based inputs received from the communication lead (and other relevant stakeholders)

5.Ensure approved/client provided branding guidelines are adhered to for creating the content

6.Use prescribed content developed tools to develop artefacts

7.Work with communication and training lead (LTIM/client) to get the content reviewed and adjust the content based on the feedback

Experience – 8-10 years as training content developer for IT transformation programs.

Skill Set:

•Excellent verbal and written communication to be able communicate with global clients/key stakeholders.

•Excellent content visualization to be able to create engaging content for various sets of audiences.

•Hands-on knowledge of content development frameworks & tools like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate 360 etc., is required

•Sensitive to cultural nuances of different geographical regions, communication and learning styles.
