Position Summary

In your role as a Training Coordinator, you'll be an important part in our hiring ramp and readiness of technical staff to meet the challenges of our Samsung Austin Semiconductor expansion projects.

As an embedded member of the department, you'll support and administer the technical training and certification programs to ensure training targets are achieved. You'll also interface with cross-functional project teams, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and leaders to identify deliverables, establish timelines and resource allocation, and conduct evaluation measures to determine effectiveness.
