Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Training Coordinator at PROTOCOL. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training programs, formatting training content and reports and ensuring effective communication within the training department.
Qualifications
- Training Coordination and Training & Development skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt training programs to meet organizational needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field would be a plus.
