Qualification: MBA
Experience - 3 to 6 years
Automotive industry - Preferred (Wiring Harness)
Major Accountabilities:
To manage effectively: 1. Recruitment (operator level) 2. Training & Development
1. RECRUITMENT:
a) Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
b) Collecting Manpower Requirements from functional head and coordinating recruitments internally in collaboration with various external recruitment consultants (Operator level)
c) Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites providing organisation information opportunity and benefits
d) Coordinating to fill up the vacant positions in the shop floor on time. Maintenance of data bank for future requirement of manpower
2. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
a).Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs within an organization
