Summary
The Training Coordinator - COE will be responsible for supporting the coordination of all training activities within the Center of Excellence (COE).
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs within the COE, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure all training sessions are effectively delivered.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all training requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs and recommend improvements as needed.
- Communicate with employees regarding training schedules, requirements, and updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
