Summary

The Training Coordinator - COE will be responsible for supporting the coordination of all training activities within the Center of Excellence (COE).

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programs within the COE, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure all training sessions are effectively delivered.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all training requirements.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training programs and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Communicate with employees regarding training schedules, requirements, and updates.
