About this Role
This 6-month contract Training Coordinator role supports the planning, coordination, and operational execution of Electronic Health Record (EHR) training programs. The position focuses on scheduling, logistics, data tracking, and reporting to ensure training activities run smoothly and on time.
You will work closely with training teams, clinical stakeholders, and project leadership to coordinate training sessions, manage learning system readiness, track attendance and compliance, and support the data behind training operations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
EHR Training Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate EHR training schedules in collaboration with system-level and site-level training teams.
- Manage logistics for in-person training sessions, including classroom coordination, equipment readiness, and session materials.
- Ensure required online courses and learning modules are available and correctly assigned within Workday Learning.
- Support trainers by managing rosters, prerequisites, and session preparation activities.
Training Data, Compliance & Tracking
- Maintain and submit training documentation related to credentialing, continuing education, and compliance requirements (e.g., CEUs, CME).
- Support and manage applications or tools used to track training participation and completion.
- Maintain accurate records related to class attendance, supply utilization, equipment usage, and equipment repair needs.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and status updates to support training operations and leadership oversight.
Reporting Tools & Documentation
- Export, update, and maintain training data using Microsoft Excel and other standard productivity tools.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation used across training initiatives.
- Ensure training records are accurate, organized, and maintained in accordance with project and organizational standards.
Professional Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Apply practical problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts, logistical challenges, and last-minute changes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with trainers, clinical leaders, and project stakeholders.
- Support collaboration across teams by sharing updates, flagging risks, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving project needs.
Who You Are
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in training coordination, education support, operations, or administrative roles.
- Experience supporting training programs, scheduling, or large-scale operations in a structured or fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with learning management systems (Workday Learning preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and common office productivity tools.
