The Amazon Flex Investigations team is seeking a Training Coordinator to support operational training for our Investigation Specialists. Overall responsibilities include enhancing employee competencies by developing and conducting effective training programs to onboard new hires and support ongoing training requirements, enabling Specialists to maintain a high bar for investigations.
Key job responsibilities
The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering approved training content and coordinating all new hire, refresher, and launch trainings. This includes facilitating blended learning programs (instructor-led onsite, remote, and eLearning) for new hires, cross-training, continuing education, and refreshers for Investigation Specialists.
