Job Title: Trainer Coordinator

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Kolkata / Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Trainer Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in academic management, coordination, or administrative roles . The ideal candidate will support training operations, ensure smooth class execution, and maintain accurate academic records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for class scheduling and daily operations

  • Monitor ongoing classes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards

  • Manage attendance tracking for trainers and students

  • Oversee exam monitoring , assessments, and related documentation

  • Prepare and maintain academic trackers, reports, and MIS

  • Handle administrative tasks related to training programs

  • Ensure timely updates and communication with stakeholders



Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in academic coordination / training management / admin roles

  • Strong skills in attendance management, tracking, and reporting

  • Experience in exam coordination or monitoring preferred

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
