**In this role, you will have the opportunity to:**


+ Plan and coordinate training programs, events, and courses.
+ Act as the LMS admin for site learning tracking systems, programs, and tools.
+ Regularly report training program metrics and progress to the leadership team.
+ Support and assist with site learning and development initiatives.

**The essential requirements of the job include:**


+ High School Diploma.
+ 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing, training, or similar environment/industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:**


+ Training, facilitation, or teaching.
