Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Training Coordinator. The role involves managing and coordinating training sessions, assisting in developing training materials, scheduling training events, and ensuring efficient communication with trainees and trainers. Additional responsibilities include onboarding employees, tracking training progress, and ensuring the alignment of training goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Coordination and Training Development
  • Proficiency in devising and delivering Employee Training programs
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Understanding of training tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Background in Salesforce or Quality Assurance is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or relevant field (preferred)
