Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in all HR training coordination, including and not limited to sourcing for courses, employee registration and administration, and all related documentation
  • Support interview coordination and HR administrative duties, including Time Management System Admin/ Maintenance (Cirtrix and door access system), EPE System Admin/ Maintenance (Leave Module & employee database maintenance), insurance claim administration and work permit application
  • Office Administration duties such as stationery, staff pass, staff medical card and company card for staff welfare
  • Any other ad hoc duties
  • Requirements: 
  • Min 1-2 years experience doing training coordination with strong computer skills
  • Good Coordination & Planning Skills
  • Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin to handle corporate clients from China
