- Local implementation of the training concept according to global requirements, additional local regulatory requirements -Identify training needs -Ensure effectiveness verification of trainings, such as evaluation, certification process, re-certification process, etc. -Maintain data; to maintain and to update trainings matrix in case of revisions -Maintain the local training matrix to ensure traceability about assigned trainings to which roles / employees and to track if trainings are completed -Analyze training status, to monitor KPIs / data analysis -Ensure re-trainings if needed in case of low KPIs, high rate of non-conformining products, returns, rejects or complaints -Ensure adequate training material for critical procedures -Analyze audit findings in regards to training and to work with CAPA owner on improvements -Drive organizational change ensuring staff remain engaged, motivated, and valued. -Cooperate with global, regional and loca...
