Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and support end-to-end execution of training programs and corporate events.
- Assist in venue coordination, logistics setup (Hotel, AV, F&B, materials), timelines, and on-site support.
- Support trainer scheduling, confirmation of assignments, and update the team on any changes.
- Assist during event days to ensure smooth flow and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and trainers on-site.
- Support basic issue resolution during events when required.
Client & Inquiry Support
- Respond to course and service enquiries in a timely and polite manner.
- Support client relationship management with both corporate and individual clients.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
