TRAINING CREATION EXPERT (M/F/D)

Location Chennai - Tamil Nadu, India

YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and design effective e-learning content that aligns with learning objectives, including the creation of curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials. 
  • Create engaging and interactive eLearning modules, training courses, assessment-based content using articulate storyline 360 and articulate rise.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, vendors and other stakeholders to gather content / training execution and ensure accuracy and relevance. 
  • Evaluating detailed training / development needs of specific target groups. 
  • Regularly update and revise existing e-learning materials as and when required. 
  • Adapting new functionalities of relevant tools (e.g. Learning Management System) and stay current with eLearning trends and technologies and demonstrate proficiency in using tools. 
  • Tracking the effectiveness and quality of training by assessing key performance indicators.

    • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any UG / PG from reputed institute.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills, quick learners, creative thinking.
  • Experience in Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise Tools.
  • Experience in Adobe illustrator, graphic designing will be added advantage
  • Ability to interact with confidence with stakeholders and trainers.
  • Ability to be flexible and willingness to adapt change.
