Role Purpose

The Training Delivery Solar role is pivotal in driving technical excellence and operational efficiency within Adani Solar’s vertically integrated solar PV manufacturing ecosystem. This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs that align with the company’s strategic vision of building a comprehensive solar manufacturing ecosystem. The role supports the development of technical expertise in solar technologies, ensuring workforce readiness for emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC, and contributes to the achievement of Adani Solar’s ambitious capacity expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on solar PV manufacturing processes, including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs aligned with the adoption of emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC.
  • Create customized training modules for workforce development in advanced solar technologies, ensuring alignment with Adani Solar’s operational benchmarks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using measurable outcomes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions to enhance technical proficiency in solar manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Support the integration of new technologies into training curricula, ensuring workforce readiness for future technological upgrades.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solar PV manufacturing and training delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training delivery within the solar PV manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven expertise in solar technologies, including TOPCon and MonoPERC.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs for large-scale manufacturing operations.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in solar technologies or training methodologies are preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in technical training delivery, with a focus on solar PV manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for advanced solar technologies.

Domain Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of solar PV manufacturing processes, including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules.
  • Familiarity with emerging solar technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC.
  • Expertise in workforce development and training delivery within the renewable energy sector.

Digital & Operational Tools

  • Proficiency in using digital platforms for training delivery and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with solar manufacturing software and tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure training effectiveness and outcomes.
