This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs that align with the company’s strategic vision of building a comprehensive solar manufacturing ecosystem. The role supports the development of technical expertise in solar technologies, ensuring workforce readiness for emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC, and contributes to the achievement of Adani Solar’s ambitious capacity expansion goals.
