Training Department Development Manager

You will lead the growth of our training department by developing, managing, and expanding both in-house and public training programs in various sustainability-related areas. The role requires reaching out to potential clients, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of training initiatives. You will oversee the end-to-end process—from client engagement and training design to logistics coordination and post-training evaluation—working closely with consultants and trainers to deliver impactful learning experiences.
