Training Design Development Specialist

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging training and testing specialist to join our small team who is comfortable and experienced crafting and delivering a robust training program for a large organization and conducting the unit test and user acceptance test phases of the SDLC.Your training program will include material for a variety of applications and user facing tools – and will employ all elements of training delivery – reference materials, recorded sessions, as well as both live and virtual demos and training classes.We’re interested in your creative suggestions on ways to empower users to help themselves, and interested in bringing innovative training offerings to our customer and their user community.
