Training Developer - Mid-Level

Provide a short description of the Position: The AI Training Specialist will design, coordinate, and deliver artificial intelligence (AI) training across all departments of a large urban public library system. This consultant will develop and implement instructional materials to build AI literacy among back-office and public-facing staff, support a Train-the-Trainer program, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI tools responsibly and effectively into workflows. The role includes scheduling, documentation, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing support to promote equitable and ethical use of AI.
