Bachelor’s only/Equiv.: Training and Development Specialist (ITDS21): Design or conduct work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance. Java Developer V (IJDV21): Develop and implement web applications.

Master’s+2 yrs. exp/Equiv: Chief Operating Officer (ICOO21): CAPEX Planning and Control, Project Implementation, JIRA, Agile, Scrum.
