Training & Development Manager FLSA: Exempt Category: Full-Time Reports To: VP, HR Location: Houston, TX Position Overview: The Training & Development Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of training programs that ensure a safe, skilled, and compliant workforce, as well as direct management of the Training Team. This role focuses on workforce readiness, skill development, supervisor capability, regulatory training, and career development. The Training & Development Manager partners closely with Operations, Safety, and HR to ensure training directly supports productivity, safety outcomes, and talent pipeline sustainability.
