Training & Development Partner

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Training and Development Partner. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s end‑to‑end TD activities, including the development of the Total Training Plan and management of the TD budget.

The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, takes strong ownership of TD initiatives, and demonstrates the ability to work effectively as both a team player and a leader. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external training partners to build robust, compliant, and future‑ready learning frameworks.
