Responsibilities



  • Independent preparation and coordination of further training measures within the company through external and internal measures with various educational providers.

  • Development of training needs analyses based on company circumstances.

  • Continuous review of training offerings and coordination of scheduling with the structural units regarding feasibility.

  • Development of training offer catalogues and publication within the company’s divisions.

  • Assistance in lesson preparation, including copying, provision of materials, and issuing certificates.

  • Drafting of contracts for educational measures offered and billing of excessive training measures, including benefits claimed by foreigners.
