Position Purpose

The Training Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a best-in-class training program that ensures every Team Member is confident, capable, and aligned with Chick-fil-A standards. This role builds strong foundational skills, drives consistency, and supports long-term team development and retention.

Core Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development & Execution

• Design and maintain a structured onboarding program for all new hires
• Ensure training plans are role-specific (FOH, BOH, leadership pathways)
• Utilize Chick-fil-A Pathway and in-restaurant training tools effectively
• Maintain up-to-date training materials, checklists, and certifications
