The Training Events Coordinator provides essential administrative and technical support for BNI training sessions. This position ensures that training events run smoothly by handling logistics, managing training technology platforms, and assisting both trainers and participants with technical and administrative needs. This role reports to the Training Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage technology platforms for online and hybrid training sessions.
  • Provide technical support to participants and trainers during training events.
  • Create marketing materials for all training-related communications.
  • Support in promoting and marketing training sessions via Viber Community, Website and other channels
  • Manage training registration, payment, attendance tracking, and follow-up communication.
