As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's training function to promote our desired work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully assess current and future training needs, design professional quality development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness by managers and supervisors.
- Analyze colleague development requirements through comprehensive assessments; prepare Annual Learning Plans with budget accordingly; foster continuous growth among colleagues
- Foster long-term performance improvements through strategic consulting services that identify measurable business outcomes;
