Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Devices new training programs, reviews and updates existing programs, and ensures their alignment with the needs of the organization
  • Analyzes training needs and maintains close communication with managers, concession supervisors and coordinators to discuss and develop new training programs
  • Facilitates training needs analysis and benchmarks best training practices
  • Plans, develops and organizes trainings and staff development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of various methods such as classroom training, conferences and workshop to ensure that staff has the required skill to meet the company's objectives
  • Assists department heads in identifying appropriate developmental interventions to address competency gaps Implements or arranges ongoing technical trainings and personal development classes for sales associates
