Job Description

The Training Instructor is responsible for many activities, mainly the development, organization, and delivery of different training courses for the company’s product line. These courses are designed for distributors, customers, and Manitowoc employees, ensuring that all groups receive clear and updated knowledge about products and processes, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. The instructor must also keep detailed records and reports of all training activities to ensure proper tracking and compliance with company standards. The main focus will be to support the growth of training programs in the region and help strengthen the company’s presence in the Latin American market.

Responsibilities:
