Job Description

We are looking for a talented Training Instructor!


 Work site: Col. Nueva, Mexicali, B.C.


⏰ Schedule: 7-4 pm, Monday to Friday.


As a Trainer at Redial BPO, your primary goal is to equip new hires and existing staff with the necessary knowledge and skills for peak job performance. You'll design and deliver engaging training sessions, foster an inclusive learning environment, and adapt materials to meet evolving campaign requirements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver training and refresher courses in line with established programs.
  • Supervise and coach operational staff during their training period, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Design and implement valid theoretical and practical exams to evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Document and communicate any disruptive behavior or safety violations, applying corrective measures as needed.
  • Modify and adapt teaching materials based on updates to client policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements


Must-Haves:


  • High school completed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2+ English level).
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office Package knowledge.
  • Availability to work weekends and varying hours.
  • Ability to travel between work sites.

Nice-to-Haves:


  • 6 months' experience as a personal or corporate trainer.
  • Technical knowledge in the development of teaching materials.
  • Certifications such as EC0217 or EC0301.
