Role Summary:

The Training Lead oversees the end-to-end learning strategy and execution for the S/HANA program, ensuring that business users are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt the new system and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the training strategy, plan, and curriculum for all S/HANA workstreams.

Identify training needs based on process changes and role-based requirements.

Coordinate creation of training materials (work instructions, simulations, job aids).

Lead scheduling and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning sessions.
