Role summary

The Training Manager will play a central role in supporting the delivery and coordination of high-quality training services to Iqarus clients with a particular focus on military and government sectors within the UAE and the wider region. The role requires a strong understanding of client-facing work and the ability to interpret training requirements within contractual parameters.

The Training Manager will be responsible for translating client training requests into structured compliant and operationally sound delivery plans working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with service agreements and company standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining training excellence on the ground and supporting the execution of key contracts.
