Training Manager
Responsibilities
● Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
● Assess and identify the current and future training needs through performance reviews,
career paths and consultation with managers
● Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business
needs
● Review existing programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve the
effectiveness in terms of delivery, engagement, learning etc
● Ensure that the training programs and training materials are up to date and accurate
● Effectively communicate with the management, trainers and team members
● Develop and deliver trainings by selecting and managing both internal employees and
training agencies
● Effectively manage training budget
● Deploy a wide variety of training methods
