POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Training Manager Summary- The Training Manager (TM) works directly for the Director of Training and Quality Assurance to ensure the top levels of training are reached in their stores. They are directly responsible for the training of the General Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders. They are also responsible for ensuring that Computer Based Training is completed through the correct LMS at each of their assigned stores. The TM will conduct Limited Time Offer trainings to ensure that product is prepared and crew members are knowledgeable on the products being served.
