Job Title: Training Manager – AV Industry

Salary: upto 6 LPA

Location: Okhla

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning and managing product, technical, and sales training for AV solutions including ,Intereactive Flat Panel,projectors, LED walls, audio, and conferencing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AV training programs
  • Train sales teams, engineers, channel partners, and school authorities on product usage and benefits
  • Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on demos for schools, customers, and partners
  • Create training material and certification content
  • Support product launches and pre-sales activities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve skill levels

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in the AV industry
  • Strong knowledge of AV products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
